Taipei — September 2 - 4, 2026

Jorjin Technologies was invited by the Department of Economic Development, Taipei City Government, to take part in StartSphere Taipei 2026. At POPOP Taipei, Jorjin showcased its latest lightweight J9 eye-tracking AR glasses.
Combining AR smart glasses, AI, and eye-tracking technology, the J9 reflects Taiwan's growing strength in smart wearables, immersive experiences, and cultural technology.
Recognition from Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an
During the opening event, Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an visited the Jorjin showcase and tried the Taiwan-developed AI smart glasses himself. He recognized the R&D capabilities and innovation of Taiwanese technology companies.
J9: Gaze as a Natural Interface
Weighing under 50 grams, the J9 integrates eye tracking, a 13MP image sensor, Wi-Fi 6, and a low-power NPU platform. By turning the user's gaze into a natural, intuitive interface, it opens new possibilities across entertainment, tourism, retail, logistics, education, and financial services.
XR × AI for the Creative Industries
Cheng Yu-Jung, Chairman of the Taiwan XR Smart Industry Development Association, noted that XR and AI are rapidly transforming the cultural, entertainment, and creative industries. AR smart glasses can become a key interface connecting physical spaces, digital content, and AI services, enabling creators to build new forms of immersive interaction.
Through StartSphere Taipei 2026, Jorjin and the Taiwan XR Smart Industry Development Association will continue connecting Taiwan's XR ecosystem with international partners. Together they will explore opportunities in content co-creation, technology integration, real-world deployment, and global market development.
From Taiwan to the world, Jorjin looks forward to creating the next generation of XR × AI × cultural technology experiences.
