The ZB7500-00/04A is a wireless MCU module targeting Bluetooth Smart, ZigBee® and 6LoWPAN, and ZigBee® RF4CE remote control applications.

This module is built-in TI CC2650 SoC and integrates all of the necessary external components including low and high frequency crystal oscillators, DC-DC converter & SPI flash memory.  The module also includes a built in chip antenna enabling straightforward adoption.

Several protocol stacks are available from Texas Instruments, along with low cost design tools.  The radio will support both Bluetooth low energy and 802.15.4 standards (not simultaneously) thus reducing inventory costs and allowing multi-standard end products.
